Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for my order to process?
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing and verification completion and an additional 1-6 business (domestic orders) days and 10-15 business days (international orders) for shipping. Refer to the policy page and shipping section for more information.
Do you offer payment installment plans?
Yes! We currently offer payment plans via Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay. All customers have the option to pay in full or pay in 4 interest free installments during checkout.
How do I know what size is right for me?
Please refer to the size chart guides before making a purchase on an item.
Can I track my order?
All customers receive an order confirmation email with an order number and order summary after placing an order. Once an order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your item. If you have not received a tracking number for your item please contact us at sales@simensionnyc.com and we will provide you the latest update along with your traffic information.
I changed my mind can I get a refund or exchange?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges and store credit are only permitted in the event that a customer received the wrong color or size from the initial purchase. Please refer to the refund/exchange section on the policy page. Please make sure before placing your order you have reviewed all information for accuracy such as color variant, size, payment info, shipping, and billing information.
When will I receive my order?
All domestic orders ship within 1-6 business days after processing 1-2 business days (not including holidays or weekends). What kind of payments do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards along with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as payment options. Additional payment options are available during checkout.

Why am I receiving errors when trying to place an order at checkout?
If you are receiving an error when trying to place an order please double check to see if you have entered all information required accurately. Please make sure you entered your payment information correctly. Typical error messages you may receive for a failed transaction includes card declines, incorrect numbers, invalid CVV number/ expiration date, and disputed transactions. This is to prevent fraudulent activity.
